Chad said Susanna craves this when she was pregnant...I crave this all the time and I'm not even pregnant. Thank God men can't get pregnant. Btw, shabu shabu is the sound the water makes when you're cooking the beef in the pot of water. The swishing sound is where the dish gets its name. Shabu shabu translates to "swish-swish". You know a restaurant is good when there's a wait even before it opens. Can't wait for my next shabu shabu meal :) This is one of my favorite restaurants.
